  human liver tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17506-1-AP (TOM1 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Hintergrundinformationen

TOM1 is a member of VHS (VPS-27, Hrs, and STAM)-domain-containing protein family that functions as adaptor proteins in the intracellular trafficking and sorting of plasma membrane proteins. TOM1 colocalized with key proteins of the protein-degradation systems. Recently TOM1 has been reported to be localized in the hallmarks of AD pathology (27206884).
