  WB analysis using 28477-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28477-1-AP (TPM1 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human colon using 28477-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon tissue slide using 28477-1-AP (TPM1 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• 

  IHC staining of mouse skeletal muscle using 28477-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse skeletal muscle tissue slide using 28477-1-AP (TPM1 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: U-251-Zellen, mouse heart, mouse lung, rat lung
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: human normal colon, humanes Kolongewebe, Maus-Skelettmuskelgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:1000-1:8000
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:400-1:1600
