  IF Staining of HeLa using CL488-67315

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 TRAF2 antibody (CL488-67315, Clone: 2A4D1 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-67315

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human TRAF2 (CL488-67315, Clone:2A4D1) (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (CL488-66360-2, Clone: K11A1B2A2) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
