  IF Staining of HeLa using CL594-67315

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite®594 TRAF2 antibody (CL594-67315, Clone: 2A4D1 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL594-67315

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human TRAF2 (CL594-67315, Clone:2A4D1) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
