  IF Staining of HEK-293 using CL488-68380

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HEK-293 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 TSC2 antibody (CL488-68380, Clone: 1A10B2 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HEK-293 using CL488-68380

  1x10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human TSC2 (CL488-68380, Clone:1A10B2)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (MOPC-21) (CL488-65124, Clone: MOPC-21) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
