  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 67482-1-Ig

  WB result of UBC12 antibody (67482-1-Ig; 1:4000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-UBC12 transfected HEK-293 cells.

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67482-1-Ig (UBC12 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using UBC12 antibody (67482-1-Ig, Clone: 1H8D2 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Leberkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HeLa-Zellen
