  IF Staining of SH-SY5Y using CL488-68483

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed SH-SY5Y cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 UNC13A antibody (CL488-68483, Clone: 3C3A9 ) at dilution of 1:400.

• 

  FC experiment of SH-SY5Y using CL488-68483

  1x10^6 SH-SY5Y cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated UNC13A Monoclonal antibody (CL488-68483, Clone:3C3A9)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Mouse IgG2a isotype control (11A1B2) (CL488-66360-2, Clone: 11A1B2). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Hintergrundinformationen

UNC13A, also named KIAA1032, belongs to the unc-13 family. It plays a role in vesicle maturation during exocytosis as a target of the diacylglycerol second messenger pathway. UNC13A is involved in neurotransmitter release by acting in synaptic vesicle priming prior to vesicle fusion and participates in the activity-dependent refilling of readily releasable vesicle pool (RRP). It is essential for synaptic vesicle maturation in most excitatory/glutamatergic but not inhibitory/GABA-mediated synapses. UNC13A is also involved in secretory granule priming in INS secretion. The antibody is specific to UNC13A.
