  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17673-1-AP (VPS4A/B antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Hintergrundinformationen

VPS4 (Vacuolar protein sorting-associated protein 4) is involved in intracellular protein trafficking, presumably at a late endosomal protein transport step. Human VPS4 has two orthologous proteins named VPS4A and VPS4B. This antibody can recognize both VPS4A and VPS4B due to their high homology.
