  WB analysis using 25370-1-AP

  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25370-1-AP (YOD1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:100-1:400

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
