  WB analysis using 80876-2-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 80876-2-RR (Ag11509 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 80876-2-RR

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 80876-2-RR (YTHDF1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of mouse brain using 80876-2-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue using YTHDF1 antibody (80876-2-RR, Clone: 241445B10 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of U2OS using 80876-2-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed U2OS cells using YTHDF1 antibody (80876-2-RR, Clone: 241445B10 ) at dilution of 1:500 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

• 

  FC experiment of HEK-293 using 80876-2-RR

  1x10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug YTHDF1 Recombinant antibody (80876-2-RR, Clone:241445B10) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 80876-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 80876-2-RR against Human YTHDF1 were performed. The affinity constant is 7.23 nM.
