  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL488-68038

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 ZFP36L1 antibody (CL488-68038, Clone: 1H6G6 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-68038

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human ZFP36L1 (CL488-68038, Clone:1H6G6) (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control (CL488-66360-3, Clone: K11B8C4B5) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
