  1x10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug ACVR1B Recombinant antibody (83026-6-RR, Clone:230260C1) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83026-6-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83026-6-RR against Human ACVR1B were performed. The affinity constant is 35.6 pM.

ACVR1B (ALK4, activin A receptor type 1B) is a transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) superfamily member (PMID: 37020544). A potential role for ACVR1B in regulating muscle mass is that it is part of the transforming growth factor b (TGFb) pathway regulating myostatin (PMID: 21063444).
