  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed NIH/3T3 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 ACVR1B antibody (CL488-83026-5, Clone: 230260E12 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HEK-293 using CL488-83026-5

  1x10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug Coralite® Plus 488 Acvr1b Recombinant Antibody (CL488-83026-5, Clone:230260E12)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

ACVR1B (ALK4, activin A receptor type 1B) is a transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) superfamily member (PMID: 37020544). A potential role for ACVR1B in regulating muscle mass is that it is part of the transforming growth factor b (TGFb) pathway regulating myostatin (PMID: 21063444).
