Applications testées

• Résultats positifs en IHC: tissu de côlon humain, tissu de cancer du côlon humain, tissu hépatique humain; il est suggéré de démasquer l'antigène avec un tampon de TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) À défaut, 'le démasquage de l'antigène peut être 'effectué avec un tampon citrate pH 6,0.

Informations générales

The ADHFE1 gene encodes hydroxyacid-oxoacid transhydrogenase which is responsible for the oxidation of 4-hydroxybutyrate in mammalian tissues. It belongs to the iron-containing alcohol dehydrogenase family. ADHFE1 has 4 isoforms produced by alternative splicing with the MW of 50, 45, 32, 27 kDa.
