  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17597-1-AP (CDAN1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Informations générales

CDAN1 acts as a negative regulator of ASF1 in chromatin assembly. It appears to play a role in nuclear envelope integrity, possibly related to microtubule attachments. Mutations of CDAN1 cause congenital dyserythropoietic anemia type I, a disease resulting in morphological and functional abnormalities of erythropoiesis. There're some isoforms this gene.
