  WB analysis using 84143-1-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84143-1-RR (CDH26 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of U-2 OS using 84143-1-RR

  1x10^6 U-2 OS were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CDH26 Recombinant antibody (84143-1-RR, Clone:240934F9) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using 84143-1-RR

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CDH26 Recombinant antibody (84143-1-RR, Clone:240934F9) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Informations générales

CDH26, also named VR20, is a member of cadherins which are calcium-dependent cell adhesion proteins. Cadherins preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells. Cadherins may thus contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types. CDH26 produces 4 isoforms through alternative splicing, with molecular weights of 13, 18, 92, and 95 kDa, respectively.
