  WB analysis of mouse liver using 21721-1-AP

  mouse liver tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21721-1-AP (CYP2A6 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Applications testées

• Résultats positifs en WB: tissu hépatique de souris, cellules HepG2, tissu hépatique de rat, tissu pulmonaire de souris
• Résultats positifs en IHC: tissu hépatique humain, tissu de cancer du foie humain; il est suggéré de démasquer l'antigène avec un tampon de TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) À défaut, 'le démasquage de l'antigène peut être 'effectué avec un tampon citrate pH 6,0.
