  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed SH-SY5Y cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 CaMKII alpha antibody (CL488-13730) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of SH-SY5Y using CL488-13730

  1x10^6 SH-SY5Y cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human CaMKII alpha (CL488-13730) (red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000, Clone: ) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

It is a member of the NMDAR signaling complex in excitatory synapses it may regulate NMDAR-dependent potentiation of the AMPAR and synaptic plasticity. This antibody can recognize all the members of CAMK2 family.
