  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed BxPC-3 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 Decorin antibody (CL488-66847, Clone: 3A4E4 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of BxPC-3 using CL488-66847

  1x10^6 BxPC-3 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Decorin Monoclonal antibody (CL488-66847, Clone:3A4E4)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Mouse IgG1 isotype control Mouse McAb (CL488-66360, Clone: 1F8D3) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Informations générales

Decorin is a member of the small leucine-rich proteoglycan family of proteins. Decorin interacts with type I collagen fibrils, thereby influencing the kinetics of fibril formation and the distance between adjacent collagen fibrils. Binding of this protein to multiple cell surface receptors mediates its role in tumor suppression, including a stimulatory effect on autophagy and inflammation and an inhibitory effect on angiogenesis and tumorigenesis.
