  WB analysis of U2OS using 14159-1-AP

  U2OS cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14159-1-AP (EBF1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of Raji using 14159-1-AP

  Raji cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14159-1-AP (EBF1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night.

• Résultats positifs en IHC: tissu de cancer de l'estomac humain, ; il est suggéré de démasquer l'antigène avec un tampon de TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) À défaut, 'le démasquage de l'antigène peut être 'effectué avec un tampon citrate pH 6,0.

EBF1, also named as O/E-1, OE-1, OLF1, COE1 and EBF, belongs to the COE family. It is a transcriptional activator which recognizes variations of the palindromic sequence 5'-ATTCCCNNGGGAATT-3'. EBF1 is a key factor for the specification of B-cell lineage.
