  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85151-4-RR (INPP4B antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  1x10^6 K562 were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug INPP4B Recombinant antibody (85151-4-RR, Clone:242837H2) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85151-4-RR

INPP4B (Inositol polyphosphate 4-phosphatase type II) can catalyze the hydrolysis of the 4-position phosphate of phosphatidylinositol 3,4-bisphosphate, inositol 1,3,4-trisphosphate and inositol 3,4-trisphosphate (PMID: 24070612; 24591580). It also Plays a role in the late stages of macropinocytosis by dephosphorylating phosphatidylinositol 3,4-bisphosphate in membrane ruffles (PMID: 24591580).
