Informations générales
KIF5B, also known as KINH, KNS1, belongs to the Kinesin-1 family. KIF5B contains three structural domains: a globular N-terminal motor domain, a central alpha-helical rod domain, and a globular C-terminal domain. During the G2 phase of the cell cycle in a BICD2-dependent manner, KIF5B antagonizes the dynein function and drives the separation of nuclei and centrosomes (PMID: 20386726). KIF5B drives the polarization of cytolytic granules and microtubule-organizing centers (MTOCs) toward the immune synapse between effector NK lymphocytes and target cells (KIF5B:24088571).

Avis
The reviews below have been submitted by verified Proteintech customers who received an incentive for providing their feedback.
FH Susana (Verified Customer) (11-30-2022) | The antibody works very well on western blotting. I did an incubation at room temperature for 2 hours and it worked perfectly; I had one band at the expected molecular weight.

FH Xu (Verified Customer) (10-06-2020) | This one contains the image. I specifically probes KIF5B from both mouse brain and PC12/HEK293T cells. It can also be used in IP with a high titer. Awesome!

FH D (Verified Customer) (09-26-2019) | Works excellent in western blots and immunoprecipitations. Good antibody concentration for doing multiple experiments.
