  IF Staining of HeLa using CL488-14824

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 LDHB antibody (CL488-14824) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-14824

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human LDHB (CL488-14824) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

LDHB, also named as LDH-H and NY-REN-46, belongs to the LDH/MDH superfamily. And LDH family. It is an enzyme which catalyzes the reversible conversion of pyruvate and NADH to lactate and NAD+ in the glycolytic pathway (PMID: 26269128). It is glycolytic enzymes and it is positively regulated by mTOR.
