  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-20661

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human MARCKS (CL488-20661) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

MARCKS, also named as MACS, PRKCSL and 80K-L protein, belongs to the MARCKS family. MARCKS is the most prominent cellular substrate for protein kinase C. It binds calmodulin, actin, and synapsin. MARCKS is a filamentous (F) actin cross-linking protein.
