  mouse heart tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11518-1-AP (MFSD10 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night.

• 

  IHC staining of human stomach using 11518-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach tissue slide using 11518-1-AP (MFSD10 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).
