  FC experiment of A549 using CL647-13397

  1x10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 647-conjugated MIP-3 Beta Polyclonal antibody (CL647-13397)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 647-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL647-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Informations générales

CCL19, also known as MIP-3β, is one of several CC cytokine genes clustered on the p-arm of chromosome 9. CCL19 may play a role in normal lymphocyte recirculation and homing. It also plays an important role in trafficking of T cells in thymus, and in T cell and B cell migration to secondary lymphoid organs. It specifically binds to chemokine receptor CCR7.
