  WB analysis of HEK-293T using 24015-1-AP

  HEK-293T cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24015-1-AP (MUTED Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of HEK-293 using 24015-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20℃ Ethanol) fixed HEK-293 cells using 24015-1-AP (MUTED antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

BLOC1S5 (biogenesis of lysosomal organelles complex 1 subunit 5) encodes a subunit of the BLOC1, a complex that is involved in transport of some but not all cargo to the lysosome and lysosome-related organelles. BLOC1S5 has a crucial role in STING-mediated cell death upon stimulation with low concentrations of CMA(PMID: 29033128).
