  WB analysis using 21403-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21403-1-AP (MYH10 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP experiment of mouse brain using 21403-1-AP

  IP result of anti-MYH10 (IP:21403-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:21403-1-AP 1:1500) with mouse brain tissue lysate 3440ug.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 21403-1-AP

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug MYH10 Polyclonal antibody (21403-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Informations générales

MYH10 (non-muscle II-b, NM IIB) is a member of non-muscle myosin II which plays fundamental roles in the maintenance of cell morphology, cell adhesion, and migration, as well as cell division. MYH10 is mainly present in nerve cells, megakaryocytes, and other non-muscle cells. It has been reported to mediate centrosome reorientation during cell migration and contribute to ciliogenesis. Overexpression of MYH10 has been observed in breast cancer.
