  FC experiment of human PBMCs using CL647-66360-2

  1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Mouse IgG2a isotype control (CL647-66360-2, Clone: 11A1B2) (filled red), 5 ul CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human CD5 (green), or unstained (blue). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
