  IF Staining of U2OS using CL488-68082

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed U2OS cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 NCAPG antibody (CL488-68082, Clone: 2D4D3 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of U2OS using CL488-68082

  1X10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human NCAPG (CL488-68082, Clone:2D4D3) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
