  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL488-15491

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 OSBPL10 antibody (CL488-15491) at dilution of 1:200, CL594-Phalloidin (red).

• 

  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL488-15491

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug Coralite® Plus 488 Osbpl10 Polyclonal Antibody (CL488-15491)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Informations générales

OSBPL10, also known as ORP10, is a member of the oxysterol-binding protein family. OSBPL10 localizes on microtubules and acts as a regulator of cellular lipid biosyntheses and apolipoprotein B-100. Genetic variation in OSBPL10 is associated with dyslipidmias and peripheral artery disease.
