• 

  WB analysis of NIH/3T3 using 83302-1-RR

  NIH/3T3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83302-1-RR (PGT antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of mouse heart using 83302-1-RR

  mouse heart tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83302-1-RR (PGT antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83302-1-RR

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug PGT Recombinant antibody (83302-1-RR, Clone:230139F5) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83302-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83302-1-RR against Human PGT were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Informations générales

Prostaglandin transporter (PGT), also known as SLCO2A1, has been identified as a functional prostaglandin (PG) carrier that mediates either the release of newly-synthesized PGs by cells and/or the uptake of PGs prior to intracellular oxidation. Northern blot analysis revealed that PGT mRNA has broad tissue distribution, suggesting its role in the transport and/ or metabolic clearance of PG in diverse tissues (PMID: 8787677,22331663).
