  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28423-1-AP (PMCA2 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

ATP2B2, also named as PMCA2, belongs to the cation transport ATPase (P-type) family and type IIB subfamily. This magnesium-dependent enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the transport of calcium out of the cell.
