  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL647-15187

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 647 RBPMS antibody (CL647-15187) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL647-15187

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human RBPMS (CL647-15187) (red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 647-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL647-30000, Clone: ) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
