  IF Staining of HeLa using CL488-10489

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 S100A14 antibody (CL488-10489) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-10489

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human S100A14 (CL488-10489) (red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000, Clone: ) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

The S100 family is a multifunctional group of EF-hand type calciumbinding proteins. S100A14 protein (previously known as BCMP84, S100A15) is a recently identified member of the S100 family. It is differentially expressed in a number of different human malignancies like ovary, breast, uterus, kidney, rectum and colon cancers, and esophageal and oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCCs).
