  IF Staining of HepG2 using 83532-3-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using SYNPO2L antibody (83532-3-RR, Clone: 240523F12 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

  FC experiment of Caco-2 using 83532-3-RR

  1x10^6 Caco-2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug SYNPO2L Recombinant antibody (83532-3-RR, Clone:240523F12) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83532-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83532-3-RR against Human SYNPO2L were performed. The affinity constant is 80.5 pM.

Informations générales

SYNPO2L belongs to the synaptopodin family and is an actin-associated protein that may play a role in modulating actin-based shape. SYNPO2L is involved in the positive regulation of Rho protein signal transduction and the positive regulation of stress fiber assembly. Loss-of-function variants in the SYNPO2L gene are associated with atrial fibrillation (PMID: 33768119).
