DILuted as suggested in %5 milk TBST blocking buffer. We have had problems with other TGM2 antibodies from other companies, but this one seemed no work better and yield a better signal. However, the apparent molecular weight of the TGM2 band appeared to be at a much lower MW than it is supposed to.
