  FC experiment of U2OS using PE-83161-4

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.1 ug PE Tyk2 Recombinant Antibody (PE-83161-4, Clone:230176E7)(red), or PE Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (PE-98136, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
