  IF Staining of HeLa using CL488-11998

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 URG4 antibody (CL488-11998) at dilution of 1:200, CL594-Phalloidin (red).

• 

  FC experiment of HEK-293 using CL488-11998

  1x10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Coralite® Plus 488 Urg4 Polyclonal Antibody (CL488-11998)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

URG4 (upregulated gene 4), also known as upregulator of cell proliferation (URGCP), is an oncogene which is involved in the development and progression of various tumors. URG4 is upregulated in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), ovarian cancer, and other types of cancer. Overexpression of URG4 not only results in tumour progression but also in metastasis and recurrence.
