IKKi/IKKe – IkB Kinase-epsilon (also called IKKi) is a homolog of the IKK (IkB kinase) catalytic subunits IKKa and IKKb. IKKe is primarily expressed in immune cells and may be responsible for modulation of NFkB (NFkB p50 & NFkB p65) activity in the immune system.
