  Sample test of MP00776-1

  Mouse lung tissue (3 lungs in 1-2 mm pieces in 100 mL of medium) was cultured for 6 days in RPMI supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum, 50 μM β-mercaptoethanol, 2 mM L-glutamine, 100 U/mL penicillin, and 100 μg/mL streptomycin sulfate. An aliquot of the cell culture supernatant was removed, assayed for mouse Total MMP-9, and measured 255.0 ng/mL.

  Serum of eight mice was measured. The Mouse MMP-9 concentration of detected samples was determined to be 117.52 ng/mL with a range of 46.86 - 240.93 ng/mL.
