  U-87 MG cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27193-1-AP (Neuropilin 2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 27193-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Neuropilin 2 (NRP2) is a single-chain transmembrane glycoprotein that acts as a co-receptor of VEGF. NRP2 is mainly expressed in lymphatic and venous endothelial cells, and it is associated with the occurrence and development of several types of cancer.
