Background Information
Nesprin-2 is a member of actin-binding proteins that localize to the outer nuclear membrane. As a nuclear envelope component it provides a link between cytoskeletal components of the cytoplasm and the nucleoplasm. Nesprin genes generate, through alternative splicing and alternative promoter and/or terminator usage, a multitude of differentially expressed isoforms, differing in domain architecture and length. The largest protein isoform, known as NUANCE or GIANT, has a predicted MW around 796 kDa. Other isoforms range from 30 kDa to 119 kDa.

Reviews
What customers say
Both reviewers gave 5-star ratings, praising the antibody's performance for detecting Nesprin-2 (Syne-2). Used at a 1:500 dilution, it produced clear staining in human cerebral organoids, fetal brain tissue, and neural stem cells. Applications included immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and cell culture. One reviewer imaged a dorsal organoid on a confocal microscope at 100x, highlighting crisp ventricular-like zone labeling. Overall, users report reliable, high-quality staining across multiple human brain-derived sample types.
