Proteintech is looking for an experienced Salesforce professional to come in to work as part of the digital team to shape the direction of the Salesforce platform for sales and marketing to drive global revenue growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholders and Salesforce developer to help deliver projects which improve sales and marketing activity using the CRM.

  • Plan and deliver Salesforce projects, gathering requirements, translating them into functional tasks, as well as user testing and quality assurance

  • Provide technical support for our users globally when experiencing issues with Salesforce.

  • Managing the utilisation of sales CRM, i.e. Salesforce; helping create and manage reporting from CRM

  • Manage ongoing GDPR compliance.

  • Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups

  • Train colleagues on best practices for using Salesforce and drive adoption of the platform.

  • Liaise with Salesforce customer support, raise tickets, and following up when required.

  • Keep up to date with Salesforce developments, new functionality, and releases.

Ideal Candidate

  • Salesforce Certification in Advanced Administrator

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment

  • Enthusiastic about Salesforce and to undertake further certification.

  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems

  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration

  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities

  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, managing access, and licence types

  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports
