Key to succeeding in this role involves engaging with the research community through high-level technical content and supporting the commercial team to deliver the best experience possible to Proteintech customers.  The candidate will report directly to the Marketing Manager, but also have the freedom to manage several projects independently.

As part of a small team, you will have real responsibility and will gain exposure to multiple facets of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write technical content (product-specific, application-specific and brand awareness content) for publication articles, blogs, catalogs, brochures, webpages, email marketing, etc.
• Plan and execute a series of talks and webinars to increase engagement with scientific community.
• Manage editorial calendar for website/technical content to increase inbound traffic.
• Provide technical training to internal team to support their commercial activities.
• Provide technical support for customers to get the best from Proteintech products.
• Support marketing department with online and offline activities such as organizing travel grants, career awards, mentor awards and evaluating customer reviews
• Build awareness of Proteintech and relationships with KOLs in relevant research areas.
• Manage third party relationships and budget with freelancers and agencies to deliver scientific content.
• Work with production team to provide feedback on potential targets and validation initiatives in relevant research areas.
• Proofread and edit other technical and brand content
• Review and update protocols and nomenclature of products

Preferred Education/Experience:

• PhD tor Masters with several years technical support experience in a relevant field.
• Must have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must have excellent knowledge of antibody assays and techniques.
• Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
• Independent, driven and able to work on own initiative.
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to travel for technical talks and conferences on a regular basis when COVID19 restrictions are lifted.
