  FC experiment of A431 using 67215-1-Ig

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug p130Cas / BCAR1 Monoclonal antibody (67215-1-Ig, Clone:2D11C10) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1)(red), or 0.25 ug Mouse IgG2a isotype control Mouse McAb (66360-2-Ig, Clone: 11A1B2) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Mammakarzinomgewebe, humanes Kolonkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF-P: humanes Mammakarzinomgewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in FC (Intra): A431-Zellen
