• 

  WB analysis of NIH/3T3 using 12191-1-AP

  NIH/3T3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12191-1-AP (Endothelin 1 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse lung using 12191-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse lung tissue slide using 12191-1-AP (Endothelin 1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IHC staining of mouse placenta using 12191-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse placenta tissue slide using 12191-1-AP (Endothelin 1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  FC experiment of HUVEC using 12191-1-AP

  1X10^6 HUVEC cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human Endothelin 1 (12191-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• Durchflusszytometrie (FC) (INTRA): FC (INTRA) : 0.40 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

Hintergrundinformationen

EDN1, also named as Endothelin-1, PPET1 and ET-1, belongs to the endothelin/sarafotoxin family. Endothelins are endothelium-derived vasoconstrictor peptides. Emerging basic science, and animal and human data all suggest that EDN1 is a potentially important contributor in the pathobiology of fibrosing disorders, including those that affect the lung(PMID:20055532 ).
