  mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15913-1-AP (MRPL38 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  FC experiment of HEK-293 using 15913-1-AP

  1x10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.5 ug MRPL38 Polyclonal antibody (15913-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.5 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lebergewebe, Maushirngewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in FC (Intra): HEK-293-Zellen
