  IF Staining of A431 using CL488-67946

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 PARG antibody (CL488-67946, Clone: 1H10G10 ) at dilution of 1:200, CL594-Phalloidin (red).

• 

  FC experiment of A431 using CL488-67946

  1X10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human PARG (CL488-67946, Clone:1H10G10) (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control (CL488-66360-3, Clone: K11B8C4B5) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
