  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15187-1-AP (RBPMS antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200
• Immunfluoreszenz (IF): IF : 1:50-1:500
• Durchflusszytometrie (FC): FC : 0.40 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
